Technology

These classes help adults boost their tech-fluency. Senior cellphone class gives seniors freedom. By providing more access to family and friends and assisting with medical upkeep, seniors are connected to their highly-connected loved ones.

Health & Wellness

Every year, approximately 400,000 people in the United States suffer an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. How often do you want to eat healthy only to find out it did not make a difference because you did not understand what you were eating or how to read the labels?

These classes cover a range of health and wellness topics from Nutrition to CPR Certification workshops.
