CPR Training Program

Facts To Thrive Inc.

CPR can keep someone alive in the critical minutes before help arrives. This program offers small-group, hands-on training—about two hours per session—for clear, practical learning. Topics include adult CPR, child CPR, and how to use an AED with confidence.

Adult CPR

Step-by-step instructions on how to perform chest compressions and rescue breaths for adults in cardiac arrest.

Child CPR

Clear guidance on responding to emergencies involving children, including the right techniques and safety checks.

AED Basics

Hands-on training with an Automated External Defibrillator, showing when and how to use it confidently.

Ready to Respond

Small, focused sessions make life-saving steps easier to learn and remember. In about two hours, participants practice clear actions for adult and child CPR and understand when to use an AED. The goal is a calm, confident response in those first critical minutes.

Learning together in small groups builds comfort and accuracy. Guided practice reinforces safe technique, quick checks, and simple cues to act fast. These skills support stronger, more prepared communities.

Learn by Doing

Hands-on Practice, Clear Steps

Small-group sessions (8–10 people) focus on practicing each skill until it feels natural. In about two hours, participants work through simple, repeatable steps that make the response easier to remember under stress.

Training covers the essentials—adult CPR, child CPR, and when to use an AED—with time to review and reinforce the sequence. The emphasis is on calm, confident action in the first critical minutes.

Confidence Under Pressure

Clear steps and short practice build the muscle memory needed to act fast. In small groups, participants learn to check the scene, start compressions, and use an AED without hesitation. The result is a calm, effective response in the first critical minutes.

Essential Skills

Focused, Practical Training

In small groups of 8–10, participants practice the core steps—check, call, compress, and use an AED—until they feel natural. The two-hour format keeps each lesson clear, hands-on, and easy to remember.

Training covers adult and child CPR with time for questions and repetition. The focus is steady, confident action when seconds matter most.

From Practice to Preparedness

Clear Steps for Confident Response

Small-group training (8–10 people) focuses on doing, not just watching, so each action becomes familiar. In about two hours, participants learn the sequence for adult and child CPR and when to use an AED. Repetition and guided feedback help build calm, reliable responses when seconds matter.

Step-by-Step Drills

Work through the essentials—check the scene, call for help, start compressions, and use an AED—until the sequence feels natural. Short, focused repetitions make each step easier to recall under pressure.

Real-World Scenarios

Practice common situations to apply the skills you’ve learned in a practical way. Simple cues and pacing reinforce safe technique and quick decision-making.

Prepared Communities

When more people know CPR, the entire community becomes stronger and safer. Each trained participant adds another layer of readiness, helping families, schools, workplaces, and neighborhoods be better equipped in an emergency. Together, these skills create a network of calm, confident responders ready to step in when it matters most.
